I'm really excited to show you some shots from Rebecca and Stewarts wedding day. Words cannot express how fun this wedding was! They were both so lighthearted and didn't take everything too seriously. This casual approach to their beautiful day made my job a dream. These two met in Canada, Rebecca is from the US, Stewart from Ireland, and they currently live in Singapore. Sufficed to say, this eclectic bunch of people they gathered together in Kent Island, MD, were SO much fun to spend the day with. They danced into the wee hours of the morning... and that did include a seemingly impromptu Irish dance that I had a front row seat to. AMAZINGLY fun and equally hysterical. Enjoy a glimpse into Rebecca and Stewart's joyous occasion. Rebecca was a little disappointed to see that the corn fields had been harvested by the time of her wedding, but we didn't let that stop us. And I'm so glad we took the time to get out there. Having the corn cut made it possible to see the entire field, and gave us such amazing texture, that it just turned out to be gorgeous. Their ceremony was wonderful. These two have been together for years, so this was a long time coming. As a result, their friends and family were so happy to see them exchange their vows at last! Their personal vows were so heartfelt and beautiful. I will always be the first to admit that the bride isn't the only one tearing up. I often cry through the lens!Rebecca was more of an unconventional bride (my favorite kind of bride). That meant she wasn't really interested in getting the typical posed group shots. So I just gathered the wedding party up and made a fool out of myself to get these casual and happy shots instead. And can we please talk about how GORGEOUS her smile is?!I'll say it again, most fun reception ever! These two families were so lively, and EVERYONE danced. Like it was their job. Another thing worth mentioning, the cake had real icing. I'm just saying. ;) And now... the dance.Thank you, Beck and Stew, for letting me in on this amazing day. I wish you two the best of luck in your lives, travels, and the many more adventures to come!
